Отчет за дейността през 2008 година.- +

• expanding the network of members and certified experts through regular seminars, trainings, consultations, discussions, conferences, e-newsletter and attractive and informative web page, certifing members which have proven their competence and promoting their achievements and abilitis;
  

• disinging and gradual implementation of a system and processes for continuous professional development and their promotion among SOE's members;+

• EFQM membership+

• self-assessment of SOE based on the EFQM model and developing improvment plan, based on OE concepts;+

• deploying the strategy from the self-assessment through Balanced Scorecard;+

• preparing and certifing assessors for the EFQM methodology;+

• members of SOE working at the govering body of the National Foundation for Organizational Excellence and other similar structures;+

• participation in the set up and yearly organization of a traditional forum for leaders in OE;+

• preparation of educational and promotional OE materials and distributing it in Bulgaria, including e-learning and partnership with medias;+

• preparation of seminars and round tables for discussion of key OE issues and exchange of knowledge and experience in: system design, process thinking, strategic social responsability, effective planning, activity measurement and management, knowledge management, competence improvement and people engagement, customer experience management, continuous improvment, parthnership with customers and suppliers and so on;+

• active participation in the first attempt to organize national award for excellence and the connected activities for spreading and promoting the experience of the winners;+

• developing resource for encouragement of researches for the change processes toward OE;+

• consultation of organization which are on the way of excellence;+

• establishing international contacts - participation in international projects, conferences and competions, establishing partnership with similar organizations;+

• development and test of e-portfolio and a process of assessment and acknowledgment of competence;+

• SOE in actively engaged in the organization of National Award for Excellence - assessors, jury members, consultants, organization of conference about the award;+

• SOE is active participant in projects for implementation of TQM and OE methods in business and public administration, including healthcare, education and justice;+

• members of SOE actively participate in research projects for effective organization change from the business and public administration which are on the way to excellence;+

• the results from the self-assessment are 500 points based on the EFQM scale;+

• SOE analyse, publish and distribute the leading experience of the best;+

• SOE participate in events for development of leaders for OE;+

• continuous professional development of the members of SOE has becomen a way of life. There evidence for this in their e-portfolios, discussion in the site, methodology and the practice for knowledge exchange and achieving practical results;+

• SOE members consult organization in preparation for the competion about the EFQM awards for excellence;+

• SOE offers complete list of textbooks, case studies and e-courses needed for preparation of a organization for achieving competitiveness through OE;+

The Board of Directors of Society for Organizational Excellence is elected by the General Assembly among the members of the organization. The mandate is 3 years.+
